Wild Mushroom Soup with chestnuts, croutons & Parmesan

Caramelised goats cheese croutons with chicory, walnuts & truffled honey

Three mixed oysters with shallot vinegar & elephant sauce

Salmon gravadlax with rye bread, pickled cucumber, honey & mustard dressing

Pork & chicken liver terrine wrapped in bacon with cranberry jam & toasted sourdough

King prawn cocktail with Marie Rose sauce [+£2.50 supplement]

Mains

Butternut squash, cauliflower, spinach & chickpea ‘vegeree’ with curry spices, soft boiled egg & flaked almonds

Roast bronze turkey with pigs in blanket & chestnut & marjoram stuffing

Crispy duck confit with sprouts, Jerusalem artichoke & potato hash with red wine sauce & cranberry jam

28 day dry aged 8oz sirloin/ ribeye with salad, chips, Dijon mustard, red wine & green peppercorn sauce
